How We Work With New Buyers

Most first orders ship within six weeks of the first email. Here is the exact sequence, with no hidden steps:

  1. Send your specs. Product size or existing box dimensions, order quantity, artwork (or just a logo) and destination port or address. A photo of the product is enough to start - you can also submit your specs through our inquiry form.
  2. Technical reply within 24 hours. A packaging engineer recommends the board grade (ECT 48, 56 or 72), flute combination and structure, with an indicative FOB price. Free and with no obligation.
  3. Sample in 3 working days. The structural drawing is released first, then a digital print sample. Photos and video are shared before shipping and the physical sample is couriered worldwide. Sample fees are refundable against the bulk order.
  4. Bulk production in 15-25 working days. In-process photos are taken at plate, print and die-cutting stages so you can approve before the run finishes.
  5. Loading and shipping. A container loading plan and loading photos ship with the documents. FOB, LCL and DDP door-to-door are all available.

MOQ is 100 pcs per design for custom corrugated boxes. Sizes and flute grades can be mixed within one order to reach the MOQ, and repeat orders below 100 pcs are accepted for existing customers.
