How the Quotation Process Works
- Step 1 – Send your specifications. Complete the form above or email sales@largecustombox.com with product dimensions, unit weight, quantity and delivery deadline.
- Step 2 – Engineering reply in 24 hours. We confirm the flute profile (BC, EB, AB or AC), ECT grade (48 / 56 / 72), insert layout and print method, and issue an itemised FOB quotation.
- Step 3 – Structure drawing and sample. A die-line drawing is issued for your approval, followed by a digital print sample within 3 working days. Sample cost is refundable against the bulk order.
- Step 4 – Order confirmation. Proforma invoice and 30% deposit, then board is reserved and the production slot is locked to your required ship date.
- Step 5 – Production, QC and shipping. Bulk runs take 15–25 working days on the same tooling as the approved sample, followed by in-line QC reports, container loading photos and shipment booking.
Payment, Testing and Delivery Options
- Payment: T/T 30% deposit, balance against B/L copy; L/C at sight accepted above USD 30,000.
- Testing: ISTA 3A and ISTA 6-FEDEX transit testing, ECT and burst strength reports, drop and compression tests on request.
- Shipping: FOB Shenzhen / Ningbo with weekly sailings, LCL consolidation, or DDP door-to-door to North America, Europe and Australia. Flat-packed panels ship at 3–4 times the density of assembled cartons.

Photos or a 3D file of the product help us recommend the flute profile and ECT grade in the first reply.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom cartons?

Can I approve a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Digital print samples ship in 3 working days: 24 hours for the structural drawing, then a physical sample with your artwork. We send photos and video before dispatch, and the sample fee is refundable against the bulk order. Bulk cartons are produced on the same tooling as the approved sample.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Standard terms are T/T 30% deposit with the balance against the B/L copy, or L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000. We ship FOB Shenzhen / Ningbo with weekly sailings, LCL consolidation for smaller volumes, and DDP door-to-door delivery to North America, Europe and Australia.
Which documents are supplied with every shipment?
